The Private Pilot License (PPL) Program is designed for individuals who wish to begin their aviation journey and gain the skills to operate an aircraft for personal or recreational purposes. The program combines comprehensive ground school instruction with hands-on flight training, ensuring students develop the knowledge, confidence, and proficiency required to meet the licensing standards of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) of Indonesia.
Upon completion, graduates will be eligible to obtain a DGCA-issued PPL, allowing them to fly single-engine aircraft for non-commercial purposes and providing the essential foundation for more advanced pilot training. The course runs for approximately six (6) months, subject to student performance, weather conditions, and regulatory processing
The training phases of the PPL are as follows:

- DGCA Class 2 Medical Certificate (at Balai Kesehatan Penerbang/DGCA Pilot Health Center – Jakarta)
- TOEIC Test (Listening & Reading) Result min 600 or Similar proficiency Test (from English speaking High School)

- Copy of Passport (if any)
- Copy of Family Card (KK)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Indonesia Police Screening Letter (SKCK)
- School/University Graduate Certificate

Indonesia Security Clearance (from TNI-AU Headquarter) is additional requirements for foreign student applicants.

- Admission Fee: Your application process begins with the settlement of the standard admission fee, which formally registers your intent to join our academy.
- Psychological Profiling: Because being a pilot requires sharp mental resilience and strong decision-making skills, you will undergo a comprehensive psychological profiling assessment conducted by an officially appointed institution.
- Basic Math & Physics Assessment (for Non-Science High School Graduates): A strong foundation in science and mathematics is crucial for understanding aeronautical theory. If you graduated from a non-science high school track, you will complete a straightforward assessment in Basic Math and Physics to ensure you are fully prepared for our ground school curriculum.
- Aptitude Test: To evaluate your natural spatial awareness, multitasking ability, and hand-eye coordination. This test is essential for any successful aviator. You will participate in a specialized Aptitude Test held at our Batam facility.
- Final Interview: The final step before earning your place in the program is a personal interview conducted directly by our Chief Instructor and the Principal or School Administrator in Batam. This is not just an evaluation of your technical readiness, but an opportunity for us to understand your passion, drive, and commitment to a lifelong career in aviation.
