How can I and/or my parents schedule an in-person campus tour or academic consultation at the Batam campus?
Prospective cadets and/or parents can schedule an in-person campus tour and academic consultation by submitting an inquiry through our contact form below. Visitors are welcomed to our campus at Mega Techno City, and the flight base adjacent to Hang Nadim International Airport in Batam.
During your personalized visit, our admissions counselors will guide you through our ground school classrooms, flight briefing rooms, simulator bays, and maintenance hangar. Advance scheduling ensures that a dedicated admissions advisor and flight instructor are reserved to discuss your career pathway and address all curriculum questions
What will happen after I send you a message/email?
Our admissions advisory team reviews and responds to all online forms and emails within 24–48 business hours, while WhatsApp inquiries receive immediate response during standard business hours (Monday–Saturday, 08:30 to 17:30 WIB).
How does AAGID assist out-of-town and international applicants? Travel logistics, housing, and student visas?
AAG Indonesia assists with airport pickups at Hang Nadim Airport, recommends student housing near the Mega Techno City campus, and provides neighborhood orientation. For international students, we will assist you to manage student visa (ITAS) documents and other mandatory documents.
